Student Clubs and Organizations recognized by CSUDH are eligible to receive financial support from Associated Students, Inc. (ASI). A portion of ASI’s budget is allocated to student organizations. ASI assists student clubs and organizations by funding programs that benefit the CSUDH community.

More than a building, the The Donald P. and Katherine B. Loker University Student Union is the heart of the CSUDH campus. The union's facilities, programs, and services are specifically geared to enhance and develop the university community.

As part of the recognition process, clubs and organizations must open and update an on-campus account through the CSU Dominguez Hills Foundation. The Foundation provides financial accounting and disbursement for officially recognized clubs and organizations of the university ​through engagement with ASI.
