- Expand and integrate academic success strategies and resources in LEAD programs
- Define and train students to value, identify, and translate co-curricular experiences to career competencies
- Increase and diversify co-curricular opportunities that build a sense of belonging and community
- Educate and manage compliance of designated system-wide and campus policies related to co-curricular experiences
