If you are experiencing a life-threatening or mental health emergency please call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room.

SPS counselors are available to assist students experiencing a mental health crisis during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-5p.m.). If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need immediate support from a mental health professional when our office is closed, please contact one of the following 24 hour providers.
